The following ballscrew bearing examples show possible solutions for supporting our standard miniature ballscrews. According to the following diagram, the bushing holding the outer ring on one end of the assembly should be fixed by clamping or any other appropriate method, to ensure proper alignment. Preload forces for backlash elimination should be applied manually or by incorporating spring action. Care should be taken to avoid excessive preload forces, as this may compromise the smoothness of the entire assembly.
