Processing activities: We will collect, record, store, use, transmit and delete your data.

Purpose and legal basis: The processing of your data serves the invitation, registration, coordination, organization, support, personal assistance and implementation of our anniversary celebration.

In addition, accident and illness incidents must be documented in accordance with the accident prevention regulations, which are regularly reviewed by inspectors of the employers' liability insurance association.

The legal basis for the processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) DPA. Our legitimate interest in processing lies in maintaining business relations with our business partners and active and former employees as well as a positive public image of our company. We also refer here to Recital 47 of the DSGVO, which describes the lawfulness of the processing by the legitimate interests of a data controller, whereby a legitimate interest could, for example, exist if there is a significant and appropriate relationship between the data subject and the data controller, e.g. if the data subject is a customer of the data controller or is in his or her employ.

Storage duration. Your personal data, which we have received through your login or registration on our landing page, will be stored for the end of the anniversary celebration plus six months for follow-up purposes.
