Precision Ball Screws

Here are ball screw nuts for shafts and with mounting dimensions per DIN 69051 or ISO 3408. All sizes come in three different flange shapes (full round, single flat or double flat) and different load capacities as a result of a different number of ball circles. We supply ball screw nuts as single nuts with 4-point-contact, as double nuts with 2 point contact, or as ETA+. We only supply ball screw drives in these larger sizes with shaft design as per customer drawing. To provide a quotation we need a sufficiently accurate drawing of the specified shaft. The nut can either be chosen from the standard selection described here or made to customer requirements. Steinmeyer ball screw nuts in sizes from 16 to 125 mm are optionally available in ETA+ technology which reflects noticeable and measurable improvement in linear drive engineering. ETA+ ball screw drives distinguish themselves by their higher efficiency and lower heat generation, hence exhibiting improved longevity and higher levels of rigidity.
